History: Patient had intermittent fever for three months. Temperature up to F. Had beencarefully examined for a cause without success. Roentgen Examination: Shows radiolucent area on lower first molar, indicating a blind alveolarabscess. Result of Operation: After extraction of the tooth, the patients temperature remained normal.
