Police lift a car for removal after a parking offence. The owner complains but to no avail. The official is a police officer working with a driver and they operate with the local council to manage illegal parking. A traffic warden had found the vehicle parked illegally during restricted hours. Further checks showed there were outstanding unpaid parking fines. The owner has to recover the car from a local car pound after paying outstanding penalties.
