100709-D-1234H-003 KEYPORT, Wash. (July 9, 2010) Energy efficient cooling towers are part of upgrades being done at Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport, Wash., this year. NUWC Keyport, Naval Facilities Energy Command Northwest, Navy Region Northwest and Naval Base Kitsap entered into an energy savings performance contract agreement allowing more than $15 million in upgrades to be done to reduce energy consumption.
