Sgt. 1st Class Jermaine Twitty, 16th Ordnance Battalion, 59th Ordnance Brigade, briefs ordnance advanced individual training (AIT) Soldiers Dec. 20, 2018 prior to check in for their flights from the Richmond International Airport. The node processed 2,000 Fort Lee, Va., Soldiers who were flying home for the holidays. The brigade processed more than 4,200 Soldiers leaving via POV, air, bus and train. Each year during the Christmas and New Year holiday season, Army Combined Arms Support Command AIT schools conduct HBL to give military students and cadre downtime.
