B × cm. Explanation This photo is Where: apparently a gift from Laird Brothers to the Dutch Navy in the delivery of the ship. The rams ears ship Prince Henry of the Netherlands, m long, was the first armor seagoing ship of the Dutch Navy; built by Laird Brothers of Birkenhead in England in 1866-1867 to a design by Laird with the Dutch engineer BJ Tideman. It was armed with 23 cm. guns, and four 12 cm. guns. It did not like sailing. After 1876 it served in the East Indies, where it participated in the Lombok expedition in 1894. Lea in Surabaya in 1899 and used as ammunition storage at least until 1905; further fate onbekend. Date: 1860 - 1870
