Command Sgt. Maj. Michael A. Ferrusi, senior enlisted advisor for Army Alaska, furls the general officer flag of Maj. Gen. Bryan R. Owens, the former commander of USARAK during the latter's retirement ceremony at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson's Fireside Room July 12. Owens retired after a 34-year career later that day.
