The knife-blade type of automatic mag-netic circuit breakers with broad, ample final break on car-bon, has proven its trustworthiness, low firstcost and correspondingly lower maintenanceand operating cost. The writer is familiarwith one case alone where the difference infirst cost of the circuit breaker was 6o per centin the prices of the laminated and blade types.
