SILVERDALE, Wash. (April 28, 2017) Participants begin the Sexual Assault Awareness Prevention and Response (SAAPR) 5k run during the 5th Annual SAAPR Challenge. The Challenge is designed to increase military and civilian personnel's understanding of sexual assault and educate them on prevention methods.
