A small species, known only by the type specimen. Shield muchbroader than long, with prominent cornua; surface very finely tu-berculated. Scaly trunk remarkably small and slender in proportionto the shield ; infero-lateral scales with serrated free border. Form. Sf Loc. Lower Devonian : Gaspe, Canada. Not represented in the Collection.
