Beale's petroleum oil and lubricants (POL) Airmen are responsible for providing jet fuel to the U-2 Dragon Lady, RQ-4 Global Hawk, and the T-38 Talon in support of the 9th Reconnaissance Wing's high-altitude intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance mission. They also provide fuel for the 940th Air Refueling Wing and any aircraft that lands on base.
