OCEAN (July 10, 2017) Master chief petty officers assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) conduct leadership training with visiting midshipmen from the Naval Academy and Navy ROTCs in the Chiefs Mess. Iwo Jima is underway with Amphibious Squadron (PHIBRON) FOUR and the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) conducting PHIBRON-MEU integrated training preparation for their upcoming deployment.
