The cut from these houses is sold directly to the large re- tail stores in Chicago and other large cities, shipments being made daily to St. Paul, St. Louis, Kansas City, New Orleans and to many points in Okla- homa and Texas. In the office build- mg a refrigerating plant and equip- ment was added the past summer which not only keeps the storage room at the proper temperature but can also be used to manufacture the necessary ice to j]se in packing the shipments.
