She proactively took personal responsibility of the outstanding order process and revived the program by making a concerted effort to assist members in completing their voucher, reducing the number of outstanding documents by over 50% in less than three months. Lalgondar's efforts cleared 190 outstanding orders valued at $160,000, which prevented GTC delinquencies and put much-needed cash in the pockets of returning deployers.
