Is a member of the Masonic Order. 2663 EBENEZER PARKER JEWETT (Stephen, Stephen«^ Ste-phen% Aquila, Joseph^^, ^aximilian®, Edward^), was born in Sidney, Me.,June 19, 1821. He married in Hampden, Me., in 1846, Elizabeth A. Patten,who was born in Hampden, Sept. 22, 1823, daughter of Samuel and Anna(Hopkins) Patten. They were divorced in 1850, and she died in Hampden,May 10, 1878. He married (2d), in Waukan, Wis., Oct. 20, 1852, Mary. Kbknezer P.\rkp:r Jewett Eighth Generation 466 Parks, daughter of John and Nancy (Ditty) Parks. She was born in Al-burgh, Vt., June 11, 1825; died in Crystal Falls, Mich., March 17, 1906. Mr. Jewett was a school teacher in early life. He settled in Wisconsin,and in the spring of 1854 removed to Warren, Winina Co., Minn., wherehe was engaged in farming. In the fall of 1865 he sold his farm and enteredthe mercantile business in Wasioga, which he continued in about three this time he was admitted to the bar and practiced law the remainderof his life.
