NORFOLK, Va. (Jan. 31, 2017) Members of the Naval Station Norfolk Junior Sailor Association (JSA) volunteer at the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore putting together packages of food for the backpack program for less fortunate kids in the local Hampton Roads area. The goal of the JSA is to be a positive influence and motivational tool for enlisted members so they may foster camaraderie, prioritize concerns, promote goodwill, and incorporate unity within the Hampton Roads community.
