NYC free Wi-Fi kiosks used for huge amounts of data - New Yorkers have used more than a petabyte of data (1 petabyte = 1 million gigabytes) from the city's new WiFi kiosks or $15 million worth of surfing if the data was charged at typical smartphone prices. There are 108 in Queens, 102 in Brooklyn, 68 in the Bronx, and 29 on Staten Island. Credit: Erik McGregor/Pacific Press/Alamy Live News
