Protest near the Parliament Building, Bangkok, Thailand. Thailand's Parliament votes 13th July to decide if the leader of The Move Forward party, Pita Limjaroenrat, who won the most seats in May's election, can become the new Prime Minister. Soon after this Pita Limjaroenrat lost the vote to become prime minister, 51 votes short of the 376 votes needed. The vote saw many abstentions by some members of the Senate. Sappaya-Sapasathan, current meeting place of the National Assembly of Thailand, the bicameral legislative branch of the Government of Thailand. The "Chulamani Chedi" on top.
