24/05/16 An incredible eight miles of patriotic bunting flutters in the spring breeze of the small market town of Ashbourne on the edge of the Derbyshire Peak District in preparation for a big party and fun-day this weekend to celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday. The streets of Ashbourne have been totally transformed by the staggering amount of red, white and blue with shops, cafes and pubs adding to the celebratory atmosphere by flying union flags and creating colourful window displays.
