Hastings Marine Parade, fire fighters examine burnt out shell of terrace of houses gutted by fire on 25th May 2014
Firefighters examine the burnt out shell of five houses, Marine Parade on Hastings Old Town seafront, destroyed by fire early on Sunday morning. A woman was badly hurt jumping from the flames and many people were evacuated by firefighters. It was feared the fire would spread through the narrow alleyways to popular George Street, which remained cordoned off until the evening.
