The Laxey Wheel, from it's right hand side showing the valley of Laxey below it. The red flag of the Isle of Man is flying on this bright sunny day. Blue sky and wafting clouds float overhead. Egg and Bacon row, a small row of cottages (originally for the mine workers) can be seen in the valley. The Wheel is the largest waterwheel in Europe, and was used to pump water from the tin mines, which are behind the wheel and cut into the hillside.
