RIGA, Latvia — Master Sgt. Gregory Shropshire, an operations management specialist with the 176th Civil Engineer Squadron, cuts bolts here July 25, 2017, at a children’s facility. Thirty-four Alaska Air Guardsmen from the 176th CES and support units repaired a children’s rehabilitation center here during their two-week annual training as part of a humanitarian-civic assistance (HCA) project, working alongside Latvian military and contractors to upgrade the aging building.
