Joshua Keil, an optometrist at Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC) Mayport, conducts an eye exam on Petty Officer 3rd Class Treyvon Stuppard, a sailor assigned to USS Philippine Sea (CG 58). NBHC Mayport is one of Naval Hospital (NH) Jacksonville’s six health care facilities located across Florida and Georgia.
