Tibetans Khampa men mixing tsampa for lunch during a lunch stop. They were hitching on trucks to cross the Tibetan Plateau from Shiquanhe to Lhasa. They are also brewing butter tea on a yak dung fire. This mixed with the roasted barley flour makes a filling paste and staple foodstuff for many Tibetans.
