Col. Ricky Mills receives his final salute from the Airmen of the 70th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group during the change of command ceremony July 12, 2017 at Fort George G. Meade, Md. Mills relinquished command of the 707th ISRG to Col. Curtis Madeley as the ceremony was presided over by Col. Matteo Martemucci, 70th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing commander.
