The hospital consists of clinics as well as for hospital grounds are laid out with specialcare for the comfort of the patients, witharbors, benches, and fountains. One of the most modern and completehospitals in Germany is Munich-Sclnva-bing (Fig. 4). In this building Archi-tect Richard Schachner has embodiedthe best of German planning and coupledwith it the most valuable of Americanideas.
