Students from Grover C. Fields Middle School board a UC-35 Citation jet during a tour of Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Jan. 20, 2023. The tour gave students better insight into career paths within the military, including being a military police dog handler, a navy boatswain mate, aircraft rescue and firefighting, and naval aviation. It also afforded students the chance to learn more about the installation and its impact on its neighboring communities.
