Agree Disagree No Opinion This series of questions attempts to identify em- ployees' attitudes and perceptions toward career plan- ning and confidence in career futures within the orga- nization. While percent of the respondents felt that they had no career goals or no opinion concerning career goals (Question 9a), when provided with a listing of common career choices, only percent continued to profess to hav- ing no career goals (Question 9b). A consistent percentage of respondents said that they had well-defined career goals ( percent), were aware of a path to achieving their goals ( percent), and felt that they had a future within the agency ( percent). Another interesting result is that only percent of the respondents intend to leave the agency.
