It is worth climbing one ofthese sandy hills, which are from a thousand to fifteenhundred feet high, to o])tain tlie panoramic \iew of the 146 Sight-Seeing in South America city, the bay, and the ocean, and of the snow-cappedAndes, inckiding Mount Aconcagua in the distance. The most attractive feature of the city to the traveleris its picturesqueness. The sharp turns in the steepstreets, the flowery garden walls, the donkevs and horses.
