We are glad to announce in this connection that at the last annual meetingof the Board of Visitors in June recognition of the alumni as a factor in the growthand welfare of the institution was accorded, and a motion prevailed inviting thepresident of the association to sit with the Board of Visitors at all subsequent annualmeetings of that body.
