YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 24, 2014) Japan Maritime Self Defense Force Rear Adm. Umio Otsuka, chief of staff, Command In Chief Self-Defense Fleet, arrives through sideboys aboard Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67) for a tour of the ship. Shiloh is forward deployed to Yokosuka, Japan in support of security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
