An ancient illustration said to document an argument between King Henry II and Thomas Becket ( also known as Saint Thomas of Canterbury, Thomas of London and Thomas à Becket -1119-1170). They were in regular dispute over the rights and privileges of the Church resulting eventually in his murder by the king's men in Canterbury Cathedral.
