Das Festival findet seit 1966 jaehrlich im Januar statt und ist der Folkloremusik und dem Zureiten von ungerittenen Pferden, der sogenannten Doma, gewidmet. Es findet in einem extra dafuer eingerichteten Stadion statt und gehoert mit rund Besuchern zu den groessten Folklore-Festivals Argentiniens. GT
