Marines with Marine Forces Reserve participate in practical application exercises at the Inspector-Instructor (I&I) Orientation Training in New Orleans, Aug. 29, 2022. This training is held annually to discuss ongoing missions and conduct practical exercises for new leaders becoming part of the I&I staff. These officers and higher enlisted also receive briefs on topics including mobilization, force protection, logistics, Reserve policies and procedures, and the Marine Corps Reserve mission, Toys for Tots.
