Levin house AKA the Russian Embassy at 46,Rothschild Boulevard, Tel Aviv.

House In 46 Rothschild Boulevard, formerly known as Levin House. It Was Built In 1924 By The Architect Yehuda Megidowitz. as an urban mansion, in the style of 19th century Italian summer houses with neo-classical details. The house, of mansion proportions and splendor was originally built for Zvi Yaakov Levin`s family, features ornate facades and a roof that could be opened. Later was used as The Russian Embassy Building and after that as Sotheby`s Israeli auction house. It currently serves as the head office of the Heseg Foundation which grants scholarships to lone soldiers after their release from the army. Conservation of the building was done as part of a 22-story office high-rise. In order to build a 7-floor underground parking garage under the house it had to be disconnected from its original foundations and a new one incorporating the garage had to be built, an unprecedented engineering feat.
