On the north side,the Cambridge Hospital, the Cambridge Cemetery, and theUnited States Arsenal were similarly found to own consider-able river frontages. Accordingly plans were prepared foracquiring all frontages lying between the above-named tracts,as well as between the Abattoir and Maple Street, Newton,and between the Arsenal and the public landing in Water-town ; and in submitting these plans to the Commission itwas recommended that the designated tracts be acquired in.
