Hundreds of people of all ages turned up to open auditions at Aberystwyth rugby club today, Aug 15 2014, to be in with a chance of being cast as extras in the second series of the hit Welsh detective drama series ‘Hinterland’ (‘Y Gwyll’). Set in Aberystwyth, filmed back-to-back in both Welsh and English, and starring Richard Harrington in the lead role of DCI Mathias, the first series of this dark and brooding drama, with a hint of Scandi-noir, has been a world wide success.
