Desperate for food and unable to take their cars to go shopping, people battle through horrendous conditions to walk to an out of town supermarket for supplies. Many cars are still covered with snow. After the last two days battering by Storm Emma, snow continues to fall and it is very foggy, but winds have dropped considerably in Brynmawr, Blaenau Gwent, South Wales, South Wales UK.
