Remarks.—In a list of the birds of Shetland, with which Ihave been favoured by Dr Laurence Edmondston, that gentle-man, whom a long residence and continued observation haverendered familiar with the productions of those islands, hasthe following note:— Falco Palumbarius is not uncommonat all seasons. I have not myself seen its nest, but it is saidto build in rocky cliffs.
