YONGSAN GARRISON, Republic or Korea - Republic of Korea Defense Minister Lee Sang-hee passes the Combined Forces Command flag to Gen. Walter L. Sharp, who today assumed command of United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command and Forces Korea. Sharp succeeds Gen. Bell at Minister Lee's right who is retiring after 39 years in the Army.
