Mr. Crowson lives here and is a iirominent citizen, adding to his duties as managerof the waste factorv those of town auditor. The Springdale Paper Company, capital $100,000, was organized January 13, 1S82; thearchitects plans were prepared a month later, and on the 15th of the ensuing December the first finished paper was- tnrned out.
