Lac La Biche is a very attractive lake in the north countryon a branch of the Great Waterways Railway. It is one of themost beautiful sheets of water in the province. It has a good beach,numerous islands, and excellent fishing. It will develop in thefuture into a fine resort. Pigeon Lake is west of Wetaskiwin. A north andsouth line connects Macleod and Edmonton through line from Moose Jaw joins this north and south line at line connects Winnipeg with Edmonton by way of Saska-toon.
