The stairs leading from this floor land in the living room above which has a verydesirable balcony opening off it on the front. The two bedrooms and the bathroom all open into a small common hall, whichis a good feature. A small side window to provide cross ventilation for the back bedroom wouldhave been an added improvement. The heating of this house will present difficulties nut found in ordinary air heating of ground flo
