The 21-day-old waning Last Quarter Moon with the Astro-Physics 130mm refractor (with 2X Barlow lens) and Canon 60Da camera. On the morning of July 16, 2017. Taken as part of a series of waning Moon shots. Interesting in that the morning before I was just able to fit the Moon across the short dimension of the frame but not this morning. The Moon had moved close enough toward perigee that its disk was larger by enough to now not fit across the short dimension, thus the vertical format.
