Minories Car Park, 1 Shorter Street, City of London, 18/02/1970. Minories Car Park from the south east. Steel reinforcement bars have been left exposed in places. These were to tie into the structure of future phases of building at the site. The foundations of the car park were built to support the addition of two ten storey blocks extending from the roof. It was planned that these would be halls of residence for the City University.
