In Bordeaux, the frigate "Hermione" (replica) made fast at quay near the old stone bridge on the Garonne river (Aquitaine - France). The original frigate got under way on the 10th March 1780 for her "American campaign" and reached Boston on the 27th April with the marquis de la Fayette aboard; the latter was missioned by king Louis XVI in order to support the American president George Washington. A Bordeaux, la frégate l'Hermione amarrée à quai à proximité du vieux pont de pierre sur la Garonne (Aquitaine - France). La frégate d'origine prit la mer le 10 Mars 1780 pour sa "campagne Américaine" et atteignit Boston le 27 Avril avec le marquis de la Fayette à son bord mandaté par le roi Louis XIV pour soutenir le président Américain George Washington.
