Prostate corpora amylacea, light micrograph


Light micrograph of corpora amylacea which are microscopic roughly round bodies normally found in the prostate. The corpora amylacea seen here have an interesting variation of colours from yellow-orange to light to dark purple. Haematoxylin and eosin stained tissue section. Magnification: 100x when printed at 10cm.
