NORFOLK (Aug. 24, 2018) Commander, 2nd Fleet Vice Adm. Andrew “Woody” Lewis talks with Chief of Naval Operations Adm. John Richardson and Commander, Fleet Forces Adm. Chris Grady, following the 2nd Fleet Establishment Ceremony aboard the nuclear aircraft carrier USS George Bush (CVN 77). 2nd Fleet will exercise operational and administrative authorities over assigned ships, aircraft and landing forces on the East Coast and North Atlantic.
