Justin Elliott, USAF Thunderbirds Air Demonstration Team commander, leads the formation as “Thunderbird 1” in the echelon pass formation during the Air Power over Hampton Roads Air Show at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, May 4, 2023.
