Bessarion answered it bya publication entitled, In , lib. iv. first printed without a dateat Rome in 1470, and afterwards re-edited atVenice in 1503 and 1516, folio. In this piecehe very learnedly examines Platos opinions,especially on morals, and shews how muchnearer they approach to the doctrines of Chris-tianity than those of Aristotle.
