SILVERDALE, Wash. (Aug. 1, 2022) – Trident Refit Facility, Bangor (TRFB) team member Eric Rodgers (center), Shop 67M supervisor, TRFB, discusses the productivity of his shop with TRFB leadership. Shop 67M assist in maintaining strategical and tactical navigations on submarines. Each week, TRFB leadership personnel visits a different production area of the facility for a first-hand look, which is referred to as a “gemba.”
